I live in an apartment complex and a different delivery company delivered my package to the resident who lived in the apartment directly below me we have vertical stairs up and down to ap. I filed a claim and according to them it was delivered when they said it was delivered. If it shows the package was delivered look for the location sometimes couriers put packages at back or side doors or in garages for safety and they often try to make them hard to see to prevent theft.
